Louisburg Area Recreation Association Enrollment Fees and Dates. Click to download. Due to usage fees being assessed by USD 416 and the City of Louisburg of $10 per hour, the LARA can no longer keep its prices at the current level. Starting with basketball 2010-11 prices will be going up. We appologize for the price increases. A breakdown of LARA costs will be available at all Paper Enrollments for basketball, baseball, and softball.Register
